Returns Policy

Customers who shop on may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.

Cosmetics Cheap does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Cosmetics Cheap website receipt of purchase.

Please understand that we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

Any returns that have been ordered via will need to be returned to the Cosmetics Cheap head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Cosmetics Cheap at to have the return authorised.

Cosmetics Cheap will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at  as soon as you ascertain that the item is damaged or incorrect. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately, quoting your order number. The resupply of the product will not incur shipping.


If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

How to return an item

Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
